Dr Matt Dicken, Acting head of Research at the KZN Sharks Board will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of senior social club.
DON’T miss the next meeting of the Durban Senior Social Club on 20 November where you can hear guest speaker Dr Matt Dicken present a slide show on the remarkable sensory abilities of sharks.
The meeting takes place at the Berea Congregational Church hall, Pardy Gardens Road, off Musgrave Road at 9am for 9.30am.
Dr Dicken is the acting Head of Research at the KZN Sharks Board. His talk, entitled Sharks and how to make good use of your sensory organs will focus on sharks, their behaviour and how these relate to shark attacks.
Cost is R10 each for members and R15 for visitors which includes refreshments. All welcome.
