Assistance sought by Durban Central

Police believe the male they have an identikit of can be of assistance in solving the case.

DURBAN Central Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is appealing to the community for assistance in a case of sexual assault they are investigating.

According to Const Zanele Khomo from Durban Central SAPS, it is alleged that on 25 August at about 7.30pm, a man was in Diakonia Street, Durban, when he was approached by an unknown man.

“The man dragged him towards the back of a shop, hugged him and touched him inappropriately. Police believe the male they have an identikit of can be of assistance in the case,” she said.
