Join the fight against crime

A public meeting will be held at the park at the intersection of Clarence and Problem Mkhize (Cowey) Roads.

BEREA CPF will embark on rolling out community CPF park meetings in Sector 1 and 2 as a trial, to try and get more people in the area to join in the discussions on crime that affects them and agree on a joint approach, with the help of the CPF, SAPS, Metro, security companies and communities, to tackle it.

To initiate this project, a public meeting will be held at the park at the intersection of Clarence and Problem Mkhize (Cowey) Roads, on Thursday, 12 September from 5.30pm.

People living in Avondale Road and surrounding avenues are urged to attend.

As this first meeting is in sector 2, Shelley Williams, the Sector 2 Chairperson will lead this meeting.
