New home for art centre
The African Art Centre is now based at Phansi Museum in Esther Roberts Road.
THE African Art Centre opened at its new premises at the Phansi Museum, 500 Esther Roberts Road, on Saturday, 20 July.
Speaking at the opening, and at the launch of the exhibition of art in the Phansi Gallery, chair of the African Art Centre, Ursula de Haas said it was an inevitable journey for the centre to its new home at Phansi Museum, as there is a synergy of the centre coming alongside the great collection of African culture at the museum.
The public is encouraged to go browse the African Art Centre’s shop at the premises to find some amazing African treasures.
