“Upon arrival, a man was found lying unconscious on the pavement. Emergency services were contacted and arrived shortly after,” he said.

Evans said upon further investigation it was established that an altercation occurred inside a fast food restaurant between a customer/s and a motor bike delivery driver.

“The argument continued onto the pavement outside the premises where a firearm was produced resulting in the delivery driver sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues at this difficult time,” he said.
