Statement: Berea Mail responds to fake Berea Mail Facebook page

We have also informed our legal advisor and are considering taking legal action.

The Berea Mail wishes to highlight that there is a fake Facebook page masquerading as the Berea Mail’s official Facebook page.

The page brazenly shares both unverified information and links to articles from the Berea Mail website (www.bereamail.co.za).

The Berea Mail categorically states that we are not affiliated with the BEREA MAIL Durban page, and we have reported the page to Facebook coordinators. We have also informed our legal advisor and are considering taking legal action.

Our official Facebook page features our office contact number, our address and is linked to our Instagram account.

Please take note of this and ensure that you are following the right page.

We ask readers to report and block the fraudulent page if they come across it. This will avoid further distribution of false and misleading information.

In conclusion, we would like to thank our loyal readers for trusting us as a news source. We continuously strive toward credibility and accountability. Thank you for your support.
