#IMadeMyMark: Prohibited conduct in terms of the Code of Conduct

Political parties and candidates must adhere to the Code of Conduct.

THE Code of Conduct, which is signed by all candidates and registered political parties prohibits the following:

Any suspected criminal acts in respect of the Code of Conduct should be reported to the nearest police station. Suspected breaches of the Code of Conduct should be reported to the Electoral Court at MSout@sca.judiciary.org.za

When reporting a breach, you must provide as much information as possible including photographs, recordings or any other evidence to supporet the case and help the investigation. Once you have reported the case to the Electoral Court, you should email the details of the case, including the case number, to the Directorate for Electoral Offences at Legalservices@elections.org.za.
