Learn about chameleons at BotSoc talk

Popular snake rescuer Nick Evans will speak about the mysterious and fascinating life of the chameleon.

THE Botanical Society of South Africa KZN Coastal Branch presents The Chameleons of KZN, an illustrated talk by Nick Evans, at Durban Botanic Gardens Visitors Centre on Monday, 25 March at 5.30pm for 6pm.

Popular snake rescuer Nick Evans of KwaZulu-Natal Amphibian and Reptile Conservation will speak about the mysterious and fascinating life of the chameleon. The various species found in KZN, behaviour, threats to their survival, and how to attract them to your garden, will be addressed.

Nick will take a couple of live specimens to show visitors. Nick’s new book, ‘Life of a Snake Rescuer’, will also be available.

Entrance, including teas at the start, is R35 for members, R55 for visitors, and R25 for students and learners.
