Enlisting good karma

OnSA currently has 22 charities listed as beneficiaries.

On South Africa (OnSA) has introduced a new benevolent option when registering. Businesses on OnSA can gift a portion of their initial payment to anyone they choose and their recipient of choice will continue to receive a monthly donation while the company remains listed.

OnSA currently has 22 charities listed as beneficiaries but as founder Sarah Whitaker explains, “the once-off gift can be given to anyone: a beloved granny, a friendly carguard, or even your child’s school.” Continuing, “this could help a family to pay for their medical bills or to help a charity to reach a certain goal. Everyone has the power to ‘pay it forward.’”

Drawing on her creative talents and knowledge of online graphics and web creation, Sarah launched a truly eye-catching website and innovative business model in March. Comprised of 12 interconnected hubsites, which are theme-based and sub-divided regionally, OnSA has it all. Users won’t be harassed by flashing advertisements and pop-ups while browsing relevant links to suppliers of local products and services.

For the 1 month option of R150 users can gift R50 once-off with a R10 monthly donation. Three month and 12 month options are also available.
