They will be remembered

The public is invited to the Delville Wood Remembrance Service at the Cenotaph on Sunday morning.

THE SA Legion will be draping the Cenotaph with red plastic poppies on Sunday, 15 July during the annual Delville Wood Remembrance Service.

The red poppies are to show that even though the names of the soldiers have been removed from the wall during a recent act of vandalism, they will still be remembered.

The service will start at 10.30am sharp. The event is open to the public who want to commemorate a family member who paid the ultimate price for freedom in any conflict.
