Self-publishing summit notches up another success

The summit is essential for all authors, writers and those wanting to publish their work.

THE Durban Self-publishing Summit 2018 held on 21 April in the hall at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Musgrave was once again a resounding success.

Authors were treated to the latest information on global publishing and all it involves as well as how to prepare your book for publication while at the same time overcoming all the pitfalls an author may experience.

“The quality and information shared was of the highest order and any authors who were unable to attend missed an opportunity to get a step ahead in writing and publishing their books. This event has become a highlight of the year for authors, truly not to be missed,” said one of the organisers and keynote speaker, Clive Thompson.

Prizes and gifts were given away throughout the day, and organisers thanked sponsors, Pinetown Printers and Ashni Shah Foundation, who contributed generously.

“It was suggested that this Self-Publishing Summit go national as soon as possible. It was well worth it for all authors,” said Clive.
