THE Durban Entrepreneurs Club (DEC) hosted Wendy Mahoney and Laura Jane Thomas-Gilks from Newmella Holdings (Pty) Ltd as their guest speakers at their April networking event at the Durban Country Club.
The DEC was founded by Grant Gavin as a meeting place for KZN entrepreneurs to get together and learn from a line-up of exceptional speakers and these powerhouse ladies were no exception.

Wendy is an innovation specialist and heads up Newmella Holdings, a business consultancy focused on business transformation for innovation and profit. She also lectures in business innovation management at Vega. She has written a book on transformation, is a qualified master neuro-linguistic programmer and a life coach. Wendy and Laura, head of operations at Newmella, provided an interactive session for the entrepreneurs speaking about business innovation management, and answered questions fielded by the networkers.
