Helen wins Hospice raffle

HELEN McNulty was the lucky winner of a beautiful quilt which was raffled by Highway Hospice recently.
The quilt was donated to Highway Hospice for the raffle, which aimed at raising funds for the Day Centre held every Thursday at the Highway Hospice premises in Sherwood.

On a Thursday, cancer and HIV/Aids patients gather for the morning, where they enjoy breakfast, have a talk by a minister on how they are feeling, get to see a doctor, the hairdresser and enjoy time of fellowship before they have lunch and leave for the day.
