Assistance sought by Durban Central

Police are looking for a man who can assist in solving a case of theft at a Durban hotel.

DURBAN Central police are appealing to the community to assist them in a case of theft they are investigating.

It is alleged that on 1 November 2017 at about 7.15pm, a man was on a phone call at a Durban hotel in Walnut Road and had left a bag with his black Lenovo laptop as well as his iPhone on a table.

“After finishing his conversation, he went to get his laptop and discovered that it had been stolen. Police believe that the man they have CCTV footage of can assist them in solving the case,” said Col Thembeka Mbhele from provincial SAPS.
