New board elected at Durban Country Club

Kamesh Ranchhod has served on the Durban Country Club Board as the Club’s Finance Chair and brings with him a wealth of experience.

KAMLESH Ranchhod has made history by being elected as the youngest and first chairman of colour at the Durban Country Club.

Ranchhod (39), has served on the Durban Country Club Board as the Club’s Finance Chair and brings with him a wealth of experience. He graduated with an Honours degree in Finance from UCT and gained experience in the banking environment with Rand Merchant Bank prior to running family-owned businesses as well as his own business entities.

He spent a number of years on the Durban Country Club Board and has displayed the passion and knowledge required to ensure a sustainable and successful future for the club and its members. According to the club, Ranchhod’s appointment marks a new and inclusive chapter.

 

The new Board of the Durban Country Club is now made up of the following members:
