Love lights a candle

A special service to honour those with cancer will be held on 7 December.

ST Cyprian’s Anglican Church hosts its annual Love Lights a Candle service in support of the Cancer Association of South Africa, on Thursday 7 December, at 6.30pm.

This event honours people with cancer and through prayer and the lighting of candles, the congregants support those fighting the disease and remember those lost. Love Lights a Candle was started at the church 25 years ago by Fr Dane Elsworth and brings together the voices of the Durban Symphonic Choir. Guest speaker on the night will be Colleen Upchurch.
