Two separate collisions at same place leave 2 injured
Two vehicles crashed into poles on Manning Road in two separate incidents on Friday night.
TWO separate car crashes which happened in the same vicinity have left two people injured. Both crashes happened on Manning Road in Glenwood.
Garrith Jameieson of Rescue Care Paramedics said just after midnight paramedics responded to a single vehicle collision on Manning Road near house number 400.
“On arrival they found that a single vehicle had collided with a pole. The driver had sustained minor injuries and was stabilised on the scene before being transported to hospital,”Jamieson said.
He added that just after 3am they received another call to the same vicinity for another vehicle that had collided into a pole.
“The single driver had sustained moderate injuries and was transported to nearby hospital. At this stage the events leading up to these collisions is unknown however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further,” he said.
