Support Musgrave blood drive

SANBS is encouraging people to donate blood this Friday and Saturday at Musgrave Blood Donor Clinic.

SOUTH African National Blood Service (SANBS) will be hosting a blood drive this weekend at the Musgrave Donor Centre, Pardy Gardens Road, off Musgrave Road.

The Musgrave Blood Donor Clinic is hoping to receive a minimum of 100 units for Friday and Saturday.

To donate blood, donors must weigh at least 50kg or more, be between 16 and 65 years of age, in good health and lead a sexually safe lifestyle.

The donor centre is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday until 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

Look out for the SANBS promoters who will be handing out balloons and suckers for the kids (big and small), a small token of appreciation will be given to all donors on Friday and Saturday.
