Armed gang hit Musgrave store

According to police, the gang made off with some clothing and fired shots as they fled the scene.

A CLOTHING shop in Musgrave Centre was broken into by eight armed men at 6am this morning, Tuesday 28 March.

According to Capt Poobalan Naidoo from Berea SAPS, the men approached security, who fled and then proceeded to the shop.

“The men broke the windows of the shop to gain entry and stole clothing before leaving the scene,” he said.

Blue Security operations manager Brian Jackson said: “The gang robbed the store of clothing and fired shots as they ran from the centre. They fled in a white Audi. No injuries were reported.”
