Share a pint and save a life

SOUTH African National Blood Service (SANBS) is encouraging blood donors to donate at Musgrave Donor Clinic.

According to Mohamed Goolam from SANBS, blood collections have dropped drastically and the service is unable to meet its targets. He appealed to residents to visit the clinic and donate life-giving blood.

Musgrave Donor Centre is at 29 Musgrave Road, next to the Berea Congregational Church, Pardy Gardens Road.

Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

“Join us every Tuesday for #BloodTuesday and receive a token of appreciation,” said Mohamed.
