Top military swimmers to receive trophies
The top military woman and man swimmer will receive a unique trophy donated by the SA Legion.
THE first military man and woman to finish the aQuellé Midmar Mile today (11 February) will receive trophies donated by the SA Legion of Military Veterans.
The SA Legion also have temporary stick on tattoos which swimmers are encouraged to wear on the day during the swim, and will be available to swimmers for a small donation.
The swimmers who have a tattoo on during the swim are encouraged to post a picture of themselves sporting the tattoo on The SA Legion Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/salegion/ with the handle: salegion and use #midmarmile2017. They will then stand in line to win a small prize.
