CHRISTMAS time is always the best time for some festive fun and good music.
Over the past ten years Sue Clarence has held many musical soirees in her Manor Gardens home and this Christmas the Christmas Trifle Musical Soiree will bring an extra special festive feel to the Berea. The design of the house lends itself to such events and adds a magical quality to the evening.
The exciting news is that the much loved, velvet voiced Carol Trench is in town from Norway on holiday. Trench, together with Durban musical heavyweights, Anthony Stonier and Evan Roberts, will perform in the evening of music, song and festive fun on Wednesday, 21 December 7.30pm for 8pm. The playlist will range from the fun and naughty, to best loved Christmas tunes and the songs this well-known trio are always asked to sing again…and again.
This exclusive soiree will take place in a private home in Manor Gardens (details on booking). With only 85 seats available booking early is encouraged. Bring your own drinks. Glasses and ice provided.
