HAWKS members and members of the Shongweni K9 Unit arrested two men, aged 50 and 57, for dealing in drugs in the Sydenham area in Durban.
According to reports, 4000 Mandrax tablets, two packets of cocaine, six heroin capping trays and 9kg of heroin powder were seized. The street value of the seized drugs is estimated at R2.5 million.
The men will appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court soon.
