Hospital seeks man’s relatives

THE relatives of an elderly man are being sought by Inkosi Albert Luthuli Hospital.

The patient, who is in his 60s, was taken to the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit last week. He was transferred from Addington Hospital after emergency services found him on the side of the road.
He’s been described as white, of medium height and weight, with long hair.

According to reports, social worker at the hospital, Mandla Shange, said the man is still on ventilation, so he’s not talking, and doctors are still trying to revive him.

Shange said he had no visible injuries or trauma when he was admitted and it was suspected he may have had a seizure.
