Charity car rally supports SA guide dogs

A charity car rally and braai will support the South African Guide Dogs for the Blind.

SUPPORT the 2016 Charity Car Rally and Braai on Sunday 25 September, which will raise funds for the South African Guide Dogs for the Blind.

The rally starts from Westville Civic Centre Library at 9am and finishes at a predetermined place for a braai.

Contestants will be given details of the route that has been prepared by Johann von Bargen (The Traffic Guy) and will have various cryptic questions that must be answered.

Each competing team should have a dedicated driver and a navigator. A third person ideally acting as a spotter would help. The driver should concentrate only on driving for safety reasons. The final clue will be aimed at locating the braai. The duration of the rally will be about two-and-a-half hours.

Contestants and non-competing visitors are required to take their own meat. Charcoal and undercover braai facilities will be supplied free of charge and licenced bar facilities are provided at very reasonable prices. No alcohol may be taken to the finish venue.

Cost per car R100. Contact Andy Tribe on 073 808 9986 for visit: anzakzn.blogspot.com to view full details.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the South African Guide Dogs for the Blind.
