WORLD renowned South African author-illustrator, Niki Daly, visited Durban Girls’ College recently.

Daly has written 51 books and won numerous awards. His book Why The Sun and The Moon Live in the Sky was a New York Book Review Illustrated Book of the Year. His picture books celebrate the imaginative powers of children and are reflective of a modern day multicultural South Africa.

The girls had the privilege of meeting Niki Daly and listening to him read from his latest book, Nicholas and the Wild Ones. It was an opportunity for the girls to learn about the creative writing process from the acclaimed author.
