Support Autism in Action’s tea party

Action in Autism will honour all the wonderful mothers, grannies, sisters, aunts and caregivers who support people with autism, as well as women with autism themselves, with a Mad Hatters High Tea fundraiser this Saturday.

ACTION in Autism will honour all the wonderful mothers, grannies, sisters, aunts and caregivers who support people with autism, as well as women with autism this Women’s month.

To celebrate Women’s Month, Action in Autism is hosting a Mad Hatter High Tea fundraiser this Saturday, 13 August from 2pm to 5pm at the George Campbell School Hall, (261 Sylvester Ntuli formerly Brickhill Road).

All moms, caregivers, or anyone who would love to support the centre and people with autism are welcome to attend. Guests will be serenaded by the beautiful Thuli Zama, with piano accompaniment by Andile Mnikathi. Women will also be spoilt with mini manis, pedis and shoulder massages in addition to tea, coffee, cake and sandwiches.

Women are encouraged to wear a sensational hat to the event and win a prize.

Action in Autism does not receive any funding from government, and welcomes support through cash, kind, or through volunteering. Tickets for the High Tea cost R150 and re available from the Action in Autism office.
