THE CANSA Parklands Support Group will meet on Wednesday, 13 July at Parklands Hospital at 10am. The subject is Hidden Sugars in the Diet and there will be viewing of the documentary about sugar, with expert comment afterwards about the relevance of this to people with cancer by a dietician.

THE KwaZulu-Natal Branch of the South African Military History Society will meet on Thursday, 14 July at the Murray Lecture Theatre, Department of Civil Engineering, University of KwaZulu-Natal Howard College Campus at 7pm.

There will be two talks and the topics will be The Last Man to Leave Delville Wood by Brian Thomas and Battle’s of Tassafarongo and Rennell Island, Guadalcanal by Roy Bowman.

LIVING beyond suicide, suffering from depression or other mental ailments. SOLOS-is a support group that meets once a month offering a non-judgmental safe environment to you, to share your feelings or just listen.

DURBAN Senior Social Club will meet on Wednesday 20 July, at Berea Congregational Church, Pardy Gardens Road, off Musgrave Road, at 9am for 9.30am.
