School’s visibility boosted

Charles Hugo Primary School's visibility has been increased thanks to a local security company.

CHARLES Hugo Primary on the Berea has been given a welcome boost thanks to new signange sponsored by ADT Security.

Deputy principal, Allan Harms, thanked ADT for their generous donation and ongoing support and commitment.

“Our visibility has been stepped up a notch with the assistance and much appreciated sponsorship. This signage will also serve as a deterrent to would be criminals within the area,” he said.

Dan Maharaj, ADT Security Community Development Manager for North Durban, said the company was happy to have been able to help.

“ADT is proud to be able to assist schools within the community. We have found that an increase in visibility at schools can assist in keeping criminals at bay as the signage makes it clear that the property is monitored with armed response on standby on a 24 hour basis,” said Maharaj.
