Addington nurses college students farewell

Fourth year nursing students at Addington Nursing College enjoyed a fun and glitzy farewell before they embark on community service.

FOURTH year nursing students together with their lecturers from Addington College of Nursing enjoyed a glitzy farewell evening on Saturday, 11 June at the Pavilion Hotel.

The farewell evening for the group of students culminated their studies at the college before they start their Community Service in new hospitals around the province next month.

“I am pleased to congratulate group 7/2012 on their achievement on becoming Profession Nurses with a Diploma in Nursing (General, Psychiatric and Community) and Midwifery, ” said Simone` Mayhew of the Nursing School.

The students thanked Nomthandazo Makhanya for arranging this event, Jim Naidoo from the Pavilion Hotel who was very accommodating to their requests and the lectures of Addington College of Nursing for taking time to spend the night with them.
