DUT staff march in protest

DUT staff are protesting on the Steve Biko campus this morning.

CHANTING DUT staff braved the rain this morning as they marched in protest to the offices of vice chancellor, Professor Bawa at the Steve Biko campus.  Standing under umbrellas, staff and lecturers waited patiently outside the offices demanding he come out and hear their grievances.

At this time it has not yet been established what the staff are protesting about, but Berea Mail reporter Lorna Charles Bux is at the scene and will update further as things develop.
