KZN Medical Emergency Services responded the a drowning at Wedge Beach Durban around 2.30pm this afternoon. According to spokesperson, Robert McKenzie, a man aged about 25 years old, drowned while swimming at the beach. Paramedics arrived to find the man had already passed away.
The circumstances resulting in the drowning are under investigation.
