Sad farewell to Prince

The Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry bid a sad farewell to past president, Prince Sifiso Zulu.

IT is with great sadness that the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry learnt of the death of Prince Sifiso Zulu on Wednesday 16 September.

Zulu died in hospital after a short illness.

Zeph Ndlovu, president of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the Chamber remembered with gratitude and admiration his stalwart contribution to the Chamber. “Prince Sifiso Zulu was a past president of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry during 2005. His contribution both locally and internationally to economic and business development has laid a foundation for the legacy we enjoy today,” said Ndlovu.

Dumile Cele, CEO of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry said: “Prince Sifiso Zulu was a loyal supporter of the Chamber movement. He will be remembered with great respect for his forthrightness by the many who served with him on various Chamber committees.”

“On behalf of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the broader business fraternity, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the Zulu family for their loss. Prince Sifiso Zulu was a good, humble and knowledgeable businessperson,” said Ndlovu.
