Four injured in head-on smash

The police will investigate the cause of a head-on collision which occurred in Bluff Road.

FOUR people sustained various injuries after a head-on collision on Bluff Road travelling towards the harbour just after 7.30am , Thursday 28 May.

Rescue Care paramedics arrived on the scene to find the two vehicles some distance apart from each other.

According to Garrith Jamieson from Rescue Care, the two vehicles had collided head-on and three occupants from the one vehicle and one from the second vehicle were stabilised on the scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals.”At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision, however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating the accident further” said Jamieson.
