BELLAIR police are seeking assistance from anyone who may have witnessed an accident on 29 April at around 4.45pm on the N2 North bound just before the M7, Bellair.
An unknown victim was found in the driver’s seat of a silver VW Polo and certified dead at the scene.
According to Major Thulani Zwane from SAPS communications: “Possible cause of death may be a collision between two silver VW Polos, which resulted in one of the vehicles hitting the centre barrier.”
Police would like to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the accident to contact Det W/O Vernon Gounden on 031 451 2810, 082 826 1611 or the Crime Stop number on 08600 10111.
