THERE was fun and excitement on Durban beachfront last week as Durban Girls' High School pupils and staff gathered for the school's annual big walk.
The walk was given a colourful twist when the participants were given a sachet of coloured powder at the start of the walk. The girls threw the coloured powders into the air as they set off, covering themselves in shades of the rainbow as they walked down onto the promenade and adding a colourful sight to the beachfront.
