Maddie excels at show
Glenwood Prep's adopted dog, Maddie, excelled at a non-championship dog show recently.
JUST over a year ago Glenwood Prep School adopted a Boxer called Maddie.
Earlier this year, pupil, Kelly Hall was given the responsibility to walk Maddie daily, and over the last two months Kelly and Maddie have been working with Grant Smith and Nicky Burke at The Smart Dog K9 Training Centre to prepare for the Canine Good Citizen Bronze Level certification.
Both passed this competition with flying colours at The Natal German Shepherd Club non-Championship Show recently. The school was thrilled with the achievement, as all the children love Maddie.
Hills Pet Nutrition sponsors food for Maddie and she was sponsored a bed by Petwise Windermere Centre.
