ESKOM has announced Stage 2 rotational load-shedding to be implemented until further notice.
In the event of rotational load-shedding, please switch off all appliances to prevent overload tripping when the power does return.
Block F and Block O will be affected between 6pm and 8.30pm while Block G and Block P will have no power between 8pm and 10.30pm.
Block F (6pm to 8.30pm):
Assagay, Bellgate, Belvedere, Berea West, Besters Camp, Botha’s Hill, Beauna Vista, Chelmsford, Doonside, Embo, Flamingo Heights, Hambanathi, Hillcrest, Hilldene, Hilltop Gardens, Kinsburgh, KwaMashu, KwaNyuswa, KwaShembe, Maidstone, Musgrave, Ngcolosi, Overport, Surprise Farm, The Gardens, Tollgate, Tongaat, Trurolands Industrial, West Riding, Westridge Park, Whitfield Park, Winkelspruit and Winston Park.
Block O (6pm to 8.30pm):
Inanda, Morningside, Phoenix Industrial park, Point and South Beach.
Block G (8pm to 10pm):
Avoca, Bakerville Gardens, Castle Hill, Casuarina Beach, Charnwood, Durban North, Earlsfield, Effingham Heights, Essenwood, Fosaville, Game City, Greenwood Park, Hillgrove, Hippo Road, Inanda Newtown, La Mercy, Morningside, Mt Morelands, New Dawn Park, Newlands East and West, Newsel Beach, Ntuzuma, old Mill Industrial, Ottowa, Parkhill, Parlock, Peters Road Industrial, Puntans Hill, Redhill, Redhill Industrial Park, Riverdene, Riverhorse Valley, Rosehill, Sea Tides, Sibaya Casino, Umdloti, Waterloo and Westbrook Beach.
Block P (8pm to 10pm):
Bellair, Clairwood, Jacobs, Jacobs Industrial, Mayville, Sherwood, South Coast Road and Sydenham.
