Police are confident a suspect in the murder of a homeless woman near Jameson Park on Tuesday will be arrested soon.

BEREA  detectives have received new information and are investigating a few leads into the murder of the homeless woman who’s mutilated body was found half naked and covered with a piece of plastic on a piece of vacant ground opposite Jameson park on Tuesday.
Berea police spokesman Lieutenant PN Naidoo confirmed that detectives were working on a number of leads and had gone out in the field today. “An arrest is imminent, we are at looking at bringing in a suspect soon,” he said.
