THE Nazareth House Charity Shop on Ridge Road is open between 9am and 12 noon every Tuesday.
The charity shop raises much needed funds for the home and needs the support of the public.
Any donations of clothing, bric-a-brac etc are welcome. Nazareth House will collect.

This is a fund-raising initiative by 52nd Durban Sea Scouts/Cubs Group.

THE South African Writers’ Circle will be hold a seminar entitled “Make ‘Em Laugh: Introduce humour into your writing and make more sales” on Saturday, 10 May at the Master Builders Association, 40 Essex Terrace, Westville from 9am to 4.30pm.
Ralph Lawson, award-winning South African actor and director, will be the main presenter, while Dr Colin Wilford, psychologist, will discuss the follies and foolish mannerisms that we find so appealing. Louis Geen, cartoonist and caricaturist will demonstrate his craft.
The seminar is open to members of the public. Cost is R380 for members and R400 for visitors, which includes refreshments and a two course luncheon.
