Please help find family’s beloved parrot.

A New Germany family is offering a R300 reward for the return of their four month old blue ringed-neck parrot.

Zaan Theron and her family’s friendly companion went missing on Christmas day from Rabe Street, New Germany. Since then they have been through all avenues including advertising in the Highway Mail to try and locate their precious winged pet. This is their last attempt to find him as they haven’t given up hope.

The parrot’s name is Jack/ Jackie and is very tame. His right wing is clipped and he has a silver ring around one leg with the initials and digits CBHM 40 13 engraved on it.

The Theron’s are appealing to people to be on the lookout for their parrot. If anyone is fortunate enough to find him, please kindly contact Zaan on 083 655 7353. The reward will be handed over on return of the bird.
