VISIT six stunning Durban North Gardens on Saturday and Sunday 19 and 20 October from 9am until 4pm and support the SPCA at the same time.

Entry is R50 per person, R45 for pensioners and no charge for children under 12 accompanied by an adult and includes tea and entrance to all six gardens in Inverness Crescent, Kensington Drive, Berkeley Crescent, Chelsea Drive, Windsor Drive and Gelderland Road.

The Open Gardens fundraiser is proudly sponsored by Marshall Security, and all proceeds go towards the cost of caring for abused, neglected and abandoned animals at the Durban & Coast SPCA. “The Rose Man”, Stuart Bastow is the convenor of the gardens and liaises with each of the home owners for months prior to the event to ensure that their gardens are pristine on the day. Stuart’s garden is also one of those on show on the day and boasts over 1000 varieties of roses.

The tea garden is at the Gelderland Road home, where the breathtaking view is accompanied by a complimentary delicious, fresh, homemade treat as well as a cuppa courtesy of Durban North Garden Club. This venue will also feature the SPCA collectibles stall.

You can find more information and also pre-book your ticket online at www.spcadbn.org.za

Tickets will also be on sale at each of the gardens at the event.
