SEVERAL organisations in Durban came out to the beachfront at the weekend to protest government and private sector corruption that has plagued the city from advancing forward.
Members of the South Durban Community Environmental Alliance also used the occasion to highlight the harmful effects of the recent explosion at an Engen refinery in South Durban.
The SDCEA are calling for local government to commit to an environmental friendly pact.
