Overwhelming support for Shavathon events

The ;public came out in full support for this year's CANSA shavathon events.

PEOPLE came in their numbers to show support for cancer sufferers by getting their hair sprayed or shaved at this year’s CANSA Shavathon event at City View and Musgrave Centre.

Now in its 15th year, the shavathon events are independently managed by CANSA staff and volunteers. The aim of the event is to encourage the public to show their support for cancer sufferers by completely shaving or colouring their hair.
