ICYMI: the Highway Hospice tree of light switch on at Jameson Park
Highway Hospice annual Tree of Light ceremony lit up the night sky on Friday in front of a crowd who attended in remembrance of those they have loved and lost.
THE annual Highway Hospice tree of light ceremony, took place this past Friday at Jameson Park, Morningside . The ceremony also included a Christmas theme supplied by dedicated volunteer musicians.
The tree will shine throughout December in memory of those who have passed on. If you would like to remember a loved one for this special event, please let Highway Hospice have your donation of R60 per globe. Forms are available at www.mylight.co.za and please indicate who you are remembering so that your dedication can be placed in the Book of Remembrance that evening.
Families and Friends came in their numbers to remember their loved ones and the Berea Mail was there to capture the moment.
