Fun for gogos and children

Children and gogos were treated to a fun day recently, hosted by a local business and The Robin Hood Foundation.

Kim Griffith Jones from Robin Hood Foundation, Eldah Mbatha from Christian Social Service, Primrose Dlamini, Dave Bates and Wendy Williams from Mazars, Elizabeth Gumede with her grandchild, Angel, and little Akhona, at the fun day.

MAZARS, a corporate company in Durban, hosted a fun day for 30 gogos and 30 children at St Theresa's Home in Sydenham recently.

The Robin Hood Foundation co-ordinated with Christian Social Services to make this day happen, and the Mazars team generously put together gift bags for the attending gogos and children.

The staff enjoyed egg-and-spoon races with both the gogos and children, enjoyed playing with them on the jungle gym and swings, and everyone was in awe of a magic show by Adrian the Magician in the afternoon.
