Could your child be the next face of uShaka Kids World?

IS your child confident, sociable, enthusiastic, has a special hidden talent and is a lover of animals and is aged between 5 and 8? Then he or she could be the next face of uShaka Kids World for 2016.

Entries for the second annual Dairymaid Mr and Miss uShaka Kids World Pageant are now open. Get your entry form today from uShaka Kids World or online.

Entry is free and parents or guardians are to ensure that two recent, good quality and appropriate images including one face close up and one full body, attached to the entry form. Entries close on Monday, February 29 at 2pm. Based on the photographs and entry forms submitted, contestants will be selected in each category to participate in the semi-finals taking place on Saturday, March 19 at uShaka Kids World.

There will also be a special talent section added to the mix this year, which is to be held on Saturday, April 9 from 12pm. Then, on Saturday, April 23 the glamourous Gala Finals for the Dairymaid Mr and Miss uShaka Kids World will take place at uShaka Kids World. Family, friends and the public are encouraged to support the event at a special cost of R60 per person. Children under two are free and all children within uShaka Kids World will have access to the facilities on the day.

A cool R20 000 in cash and prizes is up for the taking for the winners, including spa and restaurant vouchers, as well as a two-night stay for a family of four and more.
