Junior chefs at the Southern Sun Elangeni and Maharani have been sharpening their culinary skills to serve their winning cuisine to diners. For mains, Commis Chef at the Maharani Hotel’s main kitchen Raksha Lakhan will serve seafood thermidor crusted roast kingklip fillet set upon mustard scented potato mash served with saffron sauce and sesame seeded Asian greens.
