THE Durban Caledonian Society will host a St Andrew's Lunch on 6 December at 12.30pm for 1pm at the Masonic Hall, Hunt Road.

GRANT Halliday, a professional drummer, will present Rhythm, its spiritual significance and its division of time on Sunday 6 December at the Theosophical Society Lodge Durban, 306 Avondale Road, Morningside from 10am until 11.15am. WEEKLY meditation classes on freedom from painful emotions will be in Morningside every Thursday evening from 7pm to 8.15pm at Positive Health Studio, 5 Claribel Road.

STELLA Park Bowling Club will host a fun day on Sunday 6 December at 9am.

Dress is as casual as you like but flat shoes are a must. Entrance fee is R20. Bowls will be supplied if you don't have. There are lots of prizes including turkeys to be won. THE CANSA Umbilo Support Group will meet on Tuesday 8 December at 6pm at the CANSA Offices, 619 Umbilo Road. This will be a Christmas party, and will be the last meeting until February 2016.
