Live Poets meet

THE Live Poets Society meets on the First Wednesday of each month, with the next meeting on 1 October at A Novel Idea, 157 Blair Atholl Road, Westville North, at 6.30pm.

Poets and lovers of poetry are welcome to listen and to read and to share their works and to discuss poetry in all its varied forms and uniqueness.

This month's speaker will be Maria Victoria Pereira, who will pay tribute to the late Shaun De Waal. She will be reading his works and will be giving a talk on Shaun’s works and also a historical perspective on Shaun’s life at the meeting.
